Introduction:
Her story began at MKCG Medical College, where medicine taught her the science of healing — but her experiences in clinical practice taught her something equally important: healthcare is about far more than treating disease.
She began asking questions that would eventually shape her entrepreneurial journey: How can we prevent illness rather than simply treat it? How can research reach the people who need it? How can healthcare create opportunities, particularly for women and young people?

From Doctor to Institution Builder
Today, Dr. Mohapatra’s professional journey spans six organisations, reflecting her belief that meaningful problems rarely belong to just one discipline.
She is associated with Clinilogic Aesthetics and LosJovenes Clinilogic in healthcare and aesthetics, Alfaomega LLP in biotechnology and healthcare innovation, Earthology in sustainability, and Asrava and Ariiketh Foundations in social innovation.
Her path was shaped further through exposure to Sydney Medical School and the Stanford Seed Spark programme, experiences that strengthened her understanding of entrepreneurship, strategic leadership and building solutions for complex societal challenges.

Innovation with a Purpose
At Clinilogic Aesthetics, her focus is on innovative skin and hair treatments, while LosJovenes Clinilogic explores phyto-dermaceutical and cosmeceutical solutions.
Her entrepreneurial journey extends into biotechnology through Alfaomega LLP, which is working on innovative cancer diagnostic screening technologies — reflecting her long-standing interest in taking healthcare innovation from research towards practical application.
For Dr. Mohapatra, innovation is meaningful only when it reaches the real world.

Her sustainability initiative, Earthology, reflects another deeply held belief: human health and environmental health are inseparable.

She believes women should not merely participate in the emerging economy — they should create it, lead it and shape it.
Building Bridges for Odisha
Dr. Mohapatra’s leadership extends to the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem of Odisha.
As Founding President of AACCI Odisha, she helped bring together entrepreneurs, policymakers and international delegates through the Mega Green International Business Conclave, creating conversations around green technology, sustainable business and investment opportunities.
She continues to serve as Director, working to strengthen partnerships and create greater visibility for Odisha on national and international platforms.
