Based in Bangalore, where she was born and brought up alongside two eldest sisters and a younger brother, Chetna was known as the naughtiest tomboy at home. She graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), and by 1999, she married her true love, whom she had met in 1993. Together, over twenty-seven years of supportive married life, they raised a son who is now a BTech graduate in Computer Science and works as a software engineer.

For over twenty-two years, Chetna built a stable and rewarding career in the highly structured shipping and logistics industry. She climbed the corporate ladder to become the Head of Department (HOD) in an Ocean department. At that time, running her own business was something she had never imagined.

However, life took a different turn in 2017 when she stepped away from her corporate career to focus on family responsibilities. During this break, she started a home baking business, which gave her her first taste of entrepreneurship.
